GENERAL CONDITIONS
I. ACCEPTANCE AND GIVEBACK OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
1. The leaseholder has to be 21 years old and his personal papers should be in order - an identity card and a driving license.
2. The minimum period to rent a car is twenty four hours. It is issued to the leaseholder with the obligatory equipment by the authorities of Traffic police. The equipment is put on record in the bilateral acceptance-giveback certificate, which is an inseparable part of the contract, as it contains the conditions of the giveback of the vehicle as well.
3. The leaseholder is obliged to give back the vehicle with the papers and equipment it is rent with within the set deadline and place in the same condition. If the leaseholder doesn’t keep the deadline, he is obliged to inform the lesser within 5 hours before the expiration of the contract. In that way the leaseholder may continue to use the vehicle if the latter is not reserved. For each additional day the leaseholder pays the corresponding rent in accordance with the contract, concluded with the rent of the vehicle. When the time for the giveback is exceeded with more than two hours an additional rent is appended as follows:

- in case of overdue of more than two hours 50 percent of the basic price is charged, as an inseparable part of this contract.
- in case of overdue with more than six hours the full rent price for one day should be paid.
4. If the leaseholder fail to give back the rented vehicle more than six hours after the lapse of the set deadline, without a notification to he lesser, the vehicle is considered appropriated. In that case, the lesser, reserving his rights to the current contract, refers to the competent authorities -the Ministry of the Interior and the insurance company and declares the leaseholder and the rented motor vehicle for national search, while the deposit goes to the lesser.
5. In case of a preterm giveback (before the lapse of the deadline), the leaseholder is obliged to notify the lesser at least five hours before the giveback of the vehicle. The former receives 50 percent of the daily rent of the remaining unused days of the contract. When this condition is not fulfilled we does not owe the money for the unused period. Exceptions are made for periods exceeding two days, as the service is rated according to the price for the lesser number of days. The leaseholder gets 50 percent of the difference between the two final prices.
5. In case of a preterm giveback (before the lapse of the deadline), the leaseholder is obliged to notify the lesser at least five hours before the giveback of the vehicle. II. PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
1. The price of the rented car includes:
- unlimited mileage;
- VAT (value added tax), which is owned by the leaseholder in all forms of payment;
- motor vehicle liability insurance;
- full automobile insurance;
- paid road taxes for the territory of the country;
- supply and return of the rented vehicle within the working time and the territory of Sofia
- additional equipment ( children’s chair)
- trunks
- chains for snow and soon;
The price doesn’t include:
- petrol (if a client gives back the vehicle and its reservoir is not full, they should pay the difference to the full reservoir);
- insurance for a travel outside Bulgaria;
- supply and return of the vehicle in Sofia after working time -10 € extra payment;
- supply and return of the rented vehicle outside Sofia- extra payment of 20 € per kilometer.
3. The price of the rented vehicle and the deposit are paid by the leaseholder when the contract and the acceptance-giveback certificate are signed. The payment may be effected in cash, through credit card or bank transfer. If the payment is effected with credit card a 4% deficit. The deposit is a warrant and can not be used for payment when the deadline for the giveback is exceeded. It is returned to the leaseholder, after the vehicle is given back. If there are damages, wants or hitches (including less petrol), their value is deducted from the deposit.

- they pay 5 € extra cost on the daily rent of the vehicle
- they pay 52 € extra for a theft tax
- they pay a green card price, in accordance with the number of the days spent outside the country
- in some cases a special declaration should be signed, obliging the leaseholder to pay 100 percent of the vehicle’s value in case of its theft.
- a deposit, additionally calculated by the lessor has to be paid.
III. DAMAGES, WANTS AND THEFTS
1. If the vehicle is given back with missing petrol, wants and minor hitches their value is deducted from the deposit.
2. In case of hitches as a result of an unauthorized use of the rented vehicle , of which the leaseholder is responsible, and which are not covered by the insurance, the leaseholder is obliged to pay for the damage thoroughly.
3. Caused damages on the tyres, wheel rim, windscreen wipers or hubcaps, if not read as an insurance occurrence are paid thoroughly by the leaseholder.
4. If minor wants, damages, thefts not exceeding 50 Euros are stated, the lessor does not engage in insurance documents because it is economically unremunerative and so the costs are covered by the leaseholder.
5. In case of a car accident of any kind the leaseholder is obliged to wait for the arrival of the authorities and to get a police report for the accident. Damages, caused by the leaseholder, for which a report is not presented are covered by them. If the leaseholder is proven guilty of a car accident, they are obliged to pay a three day rent for the vehicle. In case of a car accident, the leaseholder is obliged to notify immediately the lessor.
6. If the rented vehicle is stolen, the leaseholder has to notify the lessor and to present them the keys and the license of the vehicle. Otherwise, the leaseholder is obliged in a six months time to cover the full insurance cost of the vehicle.
7. In case of theft, destruction or overrun of the license or the registration number of the vehicle, the leaseholder owes the firm a compensation which equals two rents of the vehicle (in accordance with the set price list). If the keys of the vehicle are lost, stolen or damaged three times their cost should be covered by the leaseholder.
8. The leaseholder is obliged to refund the money paid by the lessor for imposed taxes and administrative penalties performed by the former, in a seven day period from the notification.

IV. LESSOR’S OBLIGATIONS
1. The lessor is obliged to consign the vehicle in a perfect technical condition and equipped according to the season.
2. The lessor is obliged to substitute the rented vehicle in a twelve hour term, when it is impossible to continue the execution of the contract through his/her fault, as the costs are covered by them.

V. LEASEHOLDER’S OBLIGATIONS
1. The leaseholder is obliged to use the vehicle in accordance to its purpose, as to take care of it. If the rented car is damaged within the validity of the contract, its repair is performed by the authorized for this service-stations and people, after compulsory coordination with the lessor.
2. If the rented vehicle needs substitution on the leaseholder’s fault, they owe the lessor the cost for the transportation of both the replacing and the substituting vehicles.
3. The leaseholder is not supposed to use the vehicle for rallies, training, to drag trailers or other vehicles, to move huge or loose loads, without the outspoken consent of the lessor.
4. The leaseholder does not have the right to drive the car while under the influence of alcohol or other stimulants and drugs.
5. The leaseholder does not have the right to borrow the vehicle to other people or to use it for foreign trips, except in cases when a letter of attorney is drafted by the lessor.

VI. EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES
1. At the request of the client, the vehicle might be equipped with a children’s chair or ski trunk, which i s free of charge.
2. Free delivery between 9:00 and 18:00 on workdays, from within the city of Sofia.
3. For delivery/collection of a vehicle outside working hours from an address given by the client, the calculations are as follows:

VII. OTHER
1. For all matters unregulated by this contract shall be implemented the Bulgarian law.
