Black Sea Union establishment on the agenda of European socialists meeting in Sofia
In an interview with Focus News Agency he added: “The region needs cooperation at a different level and commitment of all countries in the region to common policies. The idea is not to set up the Black Sea Union as an association of Black Sea countries only, but to unite all EU states, the way it is with the Euro-Mediterranean cooperation.”
